The Fight of Our Lives - Uncovering Whitewashed Islam

What are we fighting for? In our times, so much tragic and evil acts are being committed by humans against each other... Who is the enemy?

William Bennett and Seth Leibsohn in their new book, The Fight of Our Lives (know the enemy, speaking the truth & choosing to win the war against radical Islam) is a very timely easy to read book that attempts to answer these big questions.

This is a small book, only 153 pages of text. While it is hard hitting on the claims it makes with powerful and well-researched facts, I consider it a primer on Radical Islam and the way it is being deceitfully approved in America in the name of diversity and tolerance. For someone unsure if there really is such a thing as growing radical Islam in America or someone who hasn't really paid attention to the facts over the past 20 years, this could provide a very excellent quick introduction.

It is a book written for this day. It will not be a book that becomes a classic that will be read for generations to come because it is too filled with specifics of the day, and not broad  nor deep exposing underlying teaching that is necessary to make it timeless. I consider it a handbook of readiness for students, professors, parents and anyone else that has been raised on the milk-toast, whitewashed doctrine of  pretending Islam is a theology of innocent diversity to be embraced by enlightened, non-bigoted Americans. The truth is astounding clear that Islam is a religion/political philosophy of hatred that loves death over life, violent oppression, and ultimate control. Islam is not a religion/political philosophy of peace.

Being a reader who is already well grounded in this area, I found very few points I was not already aware of and it did not add to my depth of understanding on the topic. I do consider it a useful resource for speaking or writing on this topic since so many facts are brought together in one place and the book has an excellent source of information in the Note section at the back of the book.
