Get Rid of Endless Emotional Pain - Once and For All

We all have pain and suffering in our life. Thankfully it is not every moment of life, though at times it can be overwhelming. God will not remove it, but He can show you how to persevere through it so that it can be used by Him for your good. He will never allow pain in your life that He can't use for your good.  God can set you free!

We need to learn to turn to the Solution, the Source for freedom from emotional pain. Read on if your really want to learn how.

Pain enslaves us in a life of misery if we don't take firm stand and remain positionally, mentally and emotionally free from lies.

For example, it is a lie that you will never suffer pain if you are spiritual enough and don't do wrong, you will only be blessed.

It is in pain that we experience and see God in ways we never could in happy days. God wants to carry you through the pain.... so don't stop, keep pressing toward Him!

Karma says if you do good, good things will happen. If you do bad, bad things will happen. So you are to be congratulated or blamed for what happens in your life. Karma is a lie! Karma doesn't understand the power of forgiveness and grace! Karma doesn't acknowledge the power of Jesus' resurrection from the cross.

Yes, Jesus is real. Jesus is God who came to earth in bodily form to live a sinless life and to fulfill the sacrificial requirements of God's law, because we were not able to do it for ourselves.

But just as real as Jesus is, so is Satan and his demons. It is a big lie to believe that Satan and demons are a figment of an overactive religious imagination. The enemy wants you to believe he is not real... and for you to believe Jesus is not who He claims to be either.

Satan is every person's enemy whether you acknowledge it or not. Matter of fact, denying him is believing his lies...he is more powerful if you believe he doesn't exists. He has a plan to keep you in pain and in bondage....emotional/mental enslavement! He wants to see you suffer.

Galatians 5:1 says, "Stand firm and don't be subjected again to the yoke of slavery."

You need to pour yourself into God's Word. The Bible his the balm of Gilead...it will heal you.

Scripture doesn't deny pain, it promises it. That does not sound helpful or comforting but it is, because it is truth. In Jesus, by faithful obedience to Him, you can have inner peace, but in this world (living on earth) you will have trouble. Anyone pretending to be a Christian that teaches only about love, hope, blessing and healing is lying to you... because they are teaching half-truths. You can have half of the gospel of Jesus. You either take all of it or none of it.

Through faith we have the victory to conquered the pain of this world. Faith in God....believing God...believing His promises...believing His character.

Pain is not God's way of punishing you for sin....God already poured all of His wrath on Jesus at the cross. Jesus already suffered your punishment for doing wrong.

Satan is to blame for pain! He is the source of all evil. He loves pain, suffering and sin. He loves lies, bondage, and self-help.

God is the source of the solution of pain. He doesn't cause it but uses it. He allows pain because very often it drives us to Him...CS Lewis said.."pain..is a megaphone to rouse a deaf world". God shouts in our pain. We turn to Him and listen when we are in pain... at least for a short time.

Why? We all want to know Why?

Why did God allow evil and suffering? If He is a loving God, if He really loves me, how could He ever have allow it....but Why is not the right question to ask at first...

Ask instead, WHO. Who is God in the midst of suffering! And get to know God. An excellent study of God is Lord, I want to Know you by Kay Arthur of Precept Ministries. (and Lord, Heal my Hurts)....

Job, the oldest book in the Bible tells the story of the life of a blameless and righteous man who loved God. Job knew pain, but he more importantly knew God! Job 42  says, "...I know that You can do anything and no plan of Yours can be thwarted. ....My ears had heard of You but now my eyes have seen You."

Don't wallow...don't dig in your feet...surrender, fall in His arms and let HIM carry you THRU pain and suffering. God will show up and you will see Him in a way like never before and it will change you.

The answer to why? Why did God allow it? Can you in your ability really provide for anything you soulishly need? Can you make the sunrise? Can you stop a forceful wind? Can you move a mountain? Can you leap and fly from country to country? Do you have the ear of all world leaders? Can you place visions and dreams in the hearts of man? We ask Why?

The answer to why lies beyond our ability to reason or understand...it lies with the explanation of how to provide everything we ever really need....FAITH - the ability to believe God. I believe God...now don't miss what I am saying. It is not "I believe there is a God" or "I believe IN God"...that takes no faith..that is mere fact and knowledge.

No, it goes to the core.....I believe GOD....I need God. I have faith - God!

See the pain through the lens of the cross:
  • God understands pain
  • God has endured pain
  • God overcame pain
Pain turns me to God. Sin reminds me of my fallen state and my need for God. Do you see? Do you believe God?

Everything in life will not be rosy, nor perfect. We are still a work under God's construction. Open up those deep dark feelings. Satan's plan in to keep you in pain. He wants to steal, kill and destroy. Denying painful feelings and actions, rejecting them, covering them up....does not make them go away....but leads you into a greater level of captivity. God wants to persevere through suffering and pain. He was you to be set free!

Is 61:1 and Lk 4:18, Jesus said:
"The Spirit of the Lord is on Me, because He has anointed Me to preach good news
to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim freedom to the captives and
recovery of sight to the blind, to set free the oppressed, to proclaim the year
of the Lord's favor."
In Jesus, this Scripture is fulfilled! Let him set you free!

Rejoice and walk in the truth and freedom of His cross.

  1. Lindylou, thanks for your comment. First of all, I love your black cat. Secondly, I absolutely agree with you about the nature of pain. Without pain for my child I would never have turned to Jesus.
As far as Obama is concerned, whether he knows himself or not, I'm definitely NOT voting for him. He scares me.
    love in Christ,
